TRM’s founder, Tonya Roberson, has faithfully taught and preached the Word of God nationally and internationally for over 30 years.  She is known for her ability to preach a powerful word with down to earth life application.  She is a proven leader with extensive ministerial, business and consulting experience.  Presently, she is the founder/president of Tonya Roberson Ministries and Exchange, LLC.  She also has a weekly broadcast entitled Life on Purpose.

​Her call to equip leaders impact both the church and secular world.  She travels nationally and internationally working with church leaders creating strategy to develop leaders and identify emerging leaders.  She lives out the commission to go and make disciples of all nations.  Her heart for Souls has enabled her to train and activate effective Evangelism/Missions teams.  For the past 30 years, she has been actively conducting church services, Bible studies, seminars and pastoral counseling in Milan Federal Correctional Facility.  Through Exchange LLC, Fortune 500 companies contract Tonya for her ability to interconnect business principles with practical application, activating transformational leadership.
